How the LTN-KHV-3PH Works on a Commercial Site
During operating hours, solar supplies your loads first. Next, surplus energy charges the battery stacks, and the smart load port can switch on non-essential equipment to use any excess.
During peak tariff hours, the battery discharges to cover demand. That way, you buy less power when it costs the most.
During an outage, anti-islanding protection disconnects the site from the grid. The inverter then runs your backup loads from battery and solar, with 1.5x rated surge power for 10 seconds to start motors. For long outages, the generator input takes over and recharges the battery at the same time. Once the grid returns, the system reconnects automatically.

What is a high voltage hybrid inverter?
A high voltage hybrid inverter works with battery stacks rated in the hundreds of volts instead of 48V. Higher voltage cuts the current needed for the same power. That reduces cable size, heat and energy losses, which makes it the standard choice for commercial systems above roughly 20kW.
Can it work with lead-acid batteries?
No. The LTN-KHV-3PH supports high voltage lithium batteries only, in a 160–800V range. It communicates with the battery BMS over RS485 or CAN and adapts its charging automatically.
Does it handle unbalanced three-phase loads?
Yes. Each phase can carry up to 50A on the 25K, 60A on the 30K, 70A on the 40K and 83.3A on the 50K. So single-phase equipment concentrated on one phase won't overload the system.

Is it approved for UK connection?
The inverter carries both G98 and G99 certification. At 25kW and above, however, every model exceeds G98's 16A-per-phase limit, so UK projects go through the G99 application process with the network operator.
What does installation involve?
The unit weighs 75kg and measures 527 × 894 × 294mm, so it needs a solid wall, proper lifting and a qualified commercial electrician. Mount it in a shaded, ventilated position, because output derates above 45°C.
