How the LTN-EU Hybrid Inverter Works
During the day, your panels power your home first. Next, surplus energy charges your battery, and anything left over can export to the grid where your utility allows it.
In the evening, your battery takes over as solar output drops. That way, you use your own stored energy instead of buying power at peak rates.
During an outage, the anti-islanding protection disconnects the inverter from the grid. Your backup circuits then keep running from the battery and panels. Once grid power returns, the system reconnects and recharges automatically.
